Host a Retreat
As a Rockin' R hostess, you can choose to have a free listing on our Open to the Public web page.
We rent at a flat rate for the entire facility for Fri-Sun. Because we rent at a flat rate, there is no minimum number of guests (max. to sleep is 30, max. to crop is 40).
You set your guest's fees, check-in and check-out times to fit with your schedule & budget. We invite hostesses & 3 helpers to come early Thursday to set up at no cost. If you choose to invite guests to come Thursday, there is a per person fee.
The rental fee does not include meals, click the Meal Options link on the left for more info.
For total rental price, after you are logged in choose the date(s) you are interesed in. Go the the Payments box and click it....add up all the payments (except for the cleaning/damage dep) and you will have your total w/o tax. Tax is 6% and is added in when you check out.
