Our Massage Room is rented by Bonnie Kirby
of the Body Repair Massage Therapy.
It is not available for use by outside massage therapists.
If you choose to have massage therapy available at your event, you must call or text Bonnie 254-624-6992 to have her put you on her calendar. Bonnie needs this months in advance. To ensure her availability, it is best to contact her when you reserve Rockin' R for your event.
You must then have your guests call or text Bonnie Kirby at 254-624-6992 to schedule their massages at least two weeks prior to your event. This is necessary so that Bonnie may conduct her pre-massage interview before the retreat. Guests need to contact her directly to schedule their massages.
WHY: By law she must do a pre-massage interview and doing this ahead of time helps her prepare for each individual and avoids her having to cancel individual massages because of health conditions. We've had several ladies who didn't realize they couldn't get massages and were disappointed when they had been looking forward to it!
In your pre-retreat correspondence, please give your guest the following information
MASSAGES
To book a massage, call or text Bonnie Kirby 254-624-6992, at least TWO WEEKS before your event.
If you do not do this, it is unlikely you will be able to get a massage.
Schedules will be built around pre-booked massages, and will not be open ended.
Payments:
Massage therapists accept cash and checks, no credit cards
60mins $60
30mins $30
Mini facial with neck and shoulder massage $45
Add-on mini facial to 30, or 60 min massage for $20
Cancellation Policy:24hr Notice Required
Clients who cancel their massage without 24hrs notice will be responsible to pay for the massage time.
If you get to the retreat and decide you do not want your scheduled massage you are responsible for finding a replacement or paying the massage fee.
If you have to cancel your retreat attendance, you also need to cancel your massage with at least 24hrs notice.
